Starting from January, we will continue as the Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. – Útdíj Üzletág (Toll Division of the Hungarian Public Road Nonprofit Plc.)

Pursuant to Government Decree 404/2025 (XII.16.) on the transfer of certain public functions in the user charge system and the toll system, the National Toll Payment Services Plc. will transfer its public functions as a toll service company, toll charger, bound service provider and toll enforcement supporter to the Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. as of 1 January 2026 within the framework of a transfer of division.

In consequence of the transfer of division, as of 1 January 2026, we will continue to perform our prevailing tasks as the Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. – Útdíj Üzletág and in respect of our contracts, the Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. will act as our legal successor.

With respect to the above, as of 1 January 2026, our customers and partners will only be affected by the change in our billing data (name, tax number, Community tax number), according to the following:
