Changes in the HU-GO e-toll system
Government Decree No. 466/2020 (X. 27.) has amended Government Decree 209/2013 (VI. 18.) on the execution of Act LXVII of 2013 on the Travelled Distance-based Toll Payable for the Use of Motorways, Carriageways and Highways.
Toll payable at Győr instead of the Vámosszabadi border crossing point as of Wednesday
As of 10 p.m. on 13 October 2020 (Tuesday), the cooperating partner of National Toll Payment Services Plc. (NTPS Plc.) at the Vámosszabadi Border Crossing Point will discontinue its activities, meaning that from this point in time, purchase of e-vignettes or payment of the HU-GO electronic toll will no longer be possible at this particular border crossing point.
