Wearing a mask and social distancing remains a top priority at our customer service offices

To prevent a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, National Toll Payment Services Plc. (NTPS Plc.) continues to take all reasonable efforts to protect and safeguard the health of its customers and staff.

Accordingly, wearing a mask that covers both your mouth and nose and using the installed hand sanitizers remain a requirement in each of our 19 customer service offices. Maintaining a social distance of 1.5 to 2 metres is also critical. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to observe the applicable guidelines of the relevant customer service office of NTPS Plc. governing the number of visitors allowed in the customer area at one time.
