Due to unexpected, unforeseen reasons, our company's sales system was unavailable between 19:16 on 7 August 2025 and 01:41 on 8 August 2025, during which time our company's nationalutdij.hu and hu-go.hu websites were not available, and it was not possible to purchase e-vignettes, HU-GO balance top-ups or route tickets. The technical problem also affected the operation of online and offline e-vignette resellers.
We would like to inform our customers using the e-vignette and e-toll systems that our Company has taken the necessary measures to avoid incorrectly issued penalties.
