Information about top-up

Road users can top-up their unique road use current account by bank transfer, which is one of the most convenient and fastest methods to top-up your balance.

When topping up your balance by bank transfer, please pay attention to the following:

  • Please make your payment to National Toll Payment Services PLC's bank account no. 10402166-49555557-57541313 (IBAN: HU11 104021664955555757541313).
  • Make sure that the comment field of the bank transfer transaction only contains the unique road use current account number (this permits fast and automatic processing of bank transfers).
  • The transferred amount is credited to the unique road use current account on the next business day after the amount is received on the current account number of National Toll Payment Services PLC specified above.*

 

*if, for instance, you complete your domestic bank transaction at 12 noon on Tuesday, the amount is credited to National Toll Payment Services PLC's current account on Tuesday and the balance of your road use current account is topped up the following workday (Wednesday).

 

If the comment field of the bank transfer transaction is empty or is not completed as required but National Toll Payment Services PLC can get a positive ID on the unique road use current account of the contracted toll payer, the transferred amount is credited to the specific amount within 3 business days. If the contracted toll payer and/or the unique road use current account cannot be identified beyond reasonable doubt, National Toll Payment Services PLC will transfer the amount reduced by the costs of the bank transfer to the sending account.
